Return Policy

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as final sale items, gift cards, and personalized products, are not eligible for return.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Return Process

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  3. Shipping: Pack your item securely and include the RA number. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds

  • Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in original condition, items returned after 30 days).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if we sent the wrong size. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@cumeria.store. We will provide instructions for the exchange process.

Incorrect Size Delivery

If you received the wrong size due to an error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact us immediately with your order number and details of the incorrect item. We will arrange for the correct size to be sent to you as soon as possible.
